Exchange Policy

We want every customer to feel confident in every purchase from Nivaajay. If, for any reason, an item does not meet expectations, exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and reason for the exchange. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the new item as quickly as possible (subject to availability). Shipping for the replacement item is complimentary for the first exchange per order.

Please note:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange.
  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.
  • Any product showing signs of use, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
